Dysfunctional elimination syndrome

Symptoms may include progressively increased incontinence, constipation, stool incontinence, recurrent urine and stool leakage, painful or frequent urination and urinary tract infection-like symptoms with negative urine tests.

Bed wetting

Children usually achieve bladder control (continence) by age 3-4. Nocturnal enuresis (bed wetting) is the condition in which they can’t control their bladder when sleeping, and it is more common than day wetting. Most children outgrow the disorder, but others may require medical intervention.
